Student has a deep understanding of personal history and identity and can compare and contrast that to local culture, either traditional or modern.

Student completes a project showing mastery of a traditional or contemporary art and/or dance related to local culture.

Student completes a project which recognizes how languages are similar, or different, throughout their local area.

Student completes a project in which they show an understanding of food and subsistence activities relating to local practices.

Student shows an understanding of historically significant tools and building practices related to local culture.
